 About Ryall, Walker Law Offices
We have been reviewing prior divorce/annulment documents, writing letters
of opinion, obtaining Ontario marriage licence authorizations for clients all
over the world and providing other marriage law assistance for several years.
Many of our clients are referred to us by wedding or special event planners,
satisfied past clients, tourism site owners/operators, wedding locales and
clergy or justices of the peace who are familiar with our prompt, professional
and friendly service.
PAMELA VERRILL WALKER, B.A., L.LB. is a graduate of Cornell University and
University of Toronto Law School. She has been practising matrimonial law in
Ontario since 1973, and is a partner at Ryall, Walker.
CHARLES RYALL, B.A., L.LB. is a graduate of McMaster University and University
of Toronto Law School. He has been practising in the criminal and matrimonial
fields since 1969 and is a partner at Ryall, Walker.

How We Can Help You To Obtain An Authorization To Issue A Marriage Licence...

| Complete our Information Request Form |
If Retainer Agreement is signed, required fees are paid, and if all
relevant documents are sent to us by you, we will:
a) Immediately review your divorce / annulment and other documents and
forms upon receipt to ensure compliance with the Ontario government requirements
b) Promptly prepare and submit a Lawyer's letter of opinion to the Ontario
government office to issue the marriage licence authorization and return it
to us, along with your submitted documents
c) In compliance with your written instruction, either:
- arrange for the authorization to be faxed to City Hall, Niagara Falls, ON
- hold the marriage licence authorization for pick-up by you or your nominee
at our Niagara Falls office, or;
- deliver it to City Hall, Niagara Falls, ON
so that it is available for you when you attend to purchase your marriage licence
anywhere in Ontario.
d) arrange for the return of your original or court certified copies of documents

b) Instructions for submitting documents to obtain an Authorization to Issue
a Marriage Licence (where divorce / annulment granted OUTSIDE CANADA)

d) Ontario Statement of Sole Responsibility form(s)
e) Ryall, Walker Retainer Agreement and Fact information
f) Consent or Translator Affidavit forms (if required)
g) checklist to satisfy all needed requirements |
